Brief Job Description
1. Responsible for achieving the annual targets and overall revenue growth of the company.
2. Drive sales, build customer relations, understand market trends and execute strategies
3. Develop and manage a strong team and have strong reporting. Lead and guide the team from time to time.
4. Responsible for overall Budget, projects objectives and setting up marketing policies and targets.
5. Heading and Managing regional teams,Cables industry experience will be an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skill requirement
• Very strong sales and marketing background ,proven track record for meeting / exceeding targets.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence people.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and presentation skills. Strong Commercial Acumen.
• Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate and present different aspects of products/company against competition.
• Good Contacts within market segments is highly desirable.
• Candidates with adequate experience in dealing in Govt bodies/ Industry / Relevant projects & Electrical segment will be preferred
